Synergy Physiotherapy Clinics Job Vacancies

Synergy Physiotherapy Clinics are a long established award winning North East company.

We have recently secured a presence within easyGym low cost gym's throughout the UK.

We have recently opened our first two sites in easyGym Birmingham and easyGym Cardiff.

We are planning to open the next five gyms from the list below. We open in:

• easyGym Ilford - 8th April 2013
• easyGym Wood Green, London 18th April 2013
• easyGym West Croydon, 22nd April 2013
• easyGym Oxford Street, London 29th April 2013
• easyGym Southampton 1st July 2013

Addtionally we have regional based clinics in the North East and North West. We require full time and part time MSK Physiotherapists in our Bedlington, Gosforth and Carlisle clinics. Applicants with Occupational Health experience for our regional posts will be advantageous.

Applicants must be motivated, driven and hard working as well as having excellent clinical skills. We require people who are keen to get involved in exciting business development opportunities.

For all of the above applicants must have the following attributes:

• A minimum of three years post graduate experience within MSK field and some experience in Private Practice.
• A minimum of BSc Hons Physiotherapy.
• Must be HPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and want to go that extra mile.
• High level time management skills, as you will be working independently initially, although within a wider team.
• Motivation and business drive to develop the practice and increase case load within the easyGym members, as well as expanding to the local population and businesses.
• A solid commitment to growing clinical skills and knowledge with an enthusiasm for learning.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, sports injuries and common MSK conditions. Also training in acupuncture and pilates advantageous.
• The ability to prescribe and implement exercise programs. To develop good working realtionships and work closely with all personal trainers at easyGym to help deliver a unique package of care to all.

This is not a job for the faint hearted! Hard and dedicated work will be well rewarded.

Salary will be based on experience and performance based bonus.

We plan to role out new clinics on a nationwide basis as and when new easyGym sites become available.
